Contract activity in April 2026 was up 8.7% from April 2025 and was up in all price categories. Through the first four months of the year, contract activity is up 2.5%. The average number of days on the market for homes receiving contracts was 60 days in April 2026, up from 54 days last April.

 

Montgomery County

Contract activity in April 2026 was up 6.9% from April 2025 and was up in four price categories. Through the first four months of the year, contract activity is up 5.1%. The average number of days on the market for homes receiving contracts was 33 days in April 2026, up from 24 days last April.

 

Prince George’s County
