Hi, I’m Suvda Villarroel, a REALTOR® licensed in Virginia and proudly serving with Corcoran McEnearney, a full-service real estate firm with over 45 years of experience and a network of 12 offices across the DMV region. My background in working with buyers gives me a unique perspective, making me a strong listing agent who knows exactly how to prepare a home to attract the right buyers.
I help buyers and sellers find homes they love within their budget, connect them with lenders for custom financing, and work closely with probate attorneys. I also assist clients who want to downsize, so they make transitions smoothly.
Having lived in Virginia for over 28 years, I possess an in-depth understanding of the local market, neighborhoods, and roadways, allowing me to provide clients with valuable insights and guidance tailored to their specific needs.
