My mother in law passed away suddenly last year and we had to go through the very difficult task of selling her condo from across the country. Unlike other agents we interviewed, Sarah was kind, patient and gentle from the beginning. My wife needed time to process everything and Sarah was patient through the whole process. She did a beautiful job staging the condo and got us the best offer possible. We also had a huge problem come up during closure which Sarah deftly took care of. She even sacrificed part of her commission to cover expenses to make sure the sale closed on time. We can't speak highly enough of Sarah and what a blessing she has been to our family. Sarah is awesome. We used her to buy a new home and sell our condo. From the moment I met her at an open house I felt comfortable with her. She doesn’t waste time and understands how important the “little things” are....calling you back right away; seeing listings or doing home inspections w/ a moment’s notice; adding that extra picture to the wall or potted plant to make the listing more attractive. Selling a condo is tough because there are so many hoops to jump through. Sarah walked us through every step of the process and even provided some emotional support during the more stressful times when the condo association was dragging its feet and not responding to our requests. She went out of her way to stage the property to create a homey ambiance for all potential buyers who walked through. As a result, we had multiple contracts within 24 hours of putting it on the market and a ratified contract within 48 hours. Thanks Sarah!
