Betsy tries to make the real estate process as seamless and painless as possible for her buyers and sellers. She treats each of them as though they were her one and only client, and truly believes in “Real Estate by the Golden Rule”.

Licensed since 1985, Betsy’s interest in real estate stemmed from three decades of moving every couple years – across town, across the country, even across the ocean. Now in her 23rd home, she has lived in five different states, two foreign countries, even designed and built two homes with her husband. Betsy is expert at helping buyers envision the potential of each property they see and ultimately finding them the perfect home. Preparing a property to go on the market can be a daunting experience for sellers, but one Betsy makes easier along with the help of her stager/designer.
“Homemaking was the best ‘work history’ one could have for becoming a Realtor,” she says. “I got my real estate license because I wanted to be the kind of agent I always wished for during all the years of moving, but rarely had: someone who cared enough to be prepared to work within my tight timeframe of finding a home. I want the search for your new home and the sale of your major investment to be stress-free and end happily. I aim to keep things simple and streamlined for every buyer and seller.”
Betsy has listed and sold homes throughout Northern Virginia from Waterford to Mount Vernon, and Bristow to McLean. She previously lived in Vienna and Clifton, and now resides in McLean. Though the market is constantly changing, one thing never does: her commitment – to keeping up with trends and technology, to providing superior client service, to helping people achieve their goals, and to having fun along the way.
