Festive Yet Chic Decor for America’s 250th

Festive Yet Chic Decor for America’s 250th

July 4th will be here before we know it, and this year’s celebrations are sure to be extra festive – it’s America’s 250th anniversary, after all! In honor of this major milestone, we encourage you to go all out with the red, white, and blue as you outfit your home for the occasion. That said, many holiday decorations can be…a bit cheesy, to say the least. To ensure your space looks both celebratory and stylish, we’ve rounded up some of our top July 4th-inspired picks that don’t read too literal (ie: no bald eagles!) yet are still super festive.

In case you haven’t noticed, bandana-inspired prints are all the rage at the moment. Whether you style it indoors or out, a throw pillow like this one is a great way to experiment with the trend while adding some instant pep to your space.

This blue-and-white platter would look perfect filled with juicy slices of watermelon at your July 4 party – it may be worth grabbing a second one to display cupcakes and brownies, too!

Speaking of cupcakes, why not place yours in these adorable gingham liners to make them even more irresistible? The cherry toppers are, well, the cherry on top, indeed!

Featuring a classic Americana print, this set of paper cocktail napkins will add an elevated look to your party setup.

Paper plates are often the easiest choice when hosting a large group. However, yours don’t have to be boring. These scalloped cuties are almost too pretty to toss.

This table runner has a worn-in, vintage look to it, making it an excellent choice for your casual backyard gathering. Feeling fancy? You can even customize the piece with a monogram!

When you purchase these cheerful placemats, you're really getting double the fun, given that they’re reversible. You can also mix and match these different patterns on your tabletop at once for a little extra pizzazz.

This star-shaped serving tray is incredibly versatile: You could set it up as a charcuterie board or fill it with fruit, veggies, mini cupcakes, or truly whatever your heart desires. Your tablescape will immediately look elevated without much effort.

Blue and white stripes will serve you well all summer long, as will this chic wine bucket. When it’s not holding a bottle, you could fill it with fresh blooms! Add a monogram for extra style.

Taper candles are a must when hosting indoors, and these star-adorned beauties will surely leave a lasting impression.
