After starting her career on Capitol Hill, she now works to help buyers and sellers navigate the Alexandria market. Hailing from South Carolina, MacNaughton graduated from Clemson University in 2001. An Alexandria resident for over 18 years, she knows and loves the city and its people. MacNaughton was included in the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce's 40 under 40 class of 2019, which celebrates 40 outstanding leaders and innovators who either live or work within the city of Alexandria.
She also serves as team captain for Rebuilding Together Alexandria's National Rebuilding Day. You can find her and the Jen Walker team sponsoring a donor lounge for ACT of Alexandria, volunteering at every event in Del Ray, supporting Senior Services of Alexandria, and ALIVE! Events, delivering Meals on Wheels and shoveling for her "snow buddies". MacNaughton lives in the Beverley Hills neighborhood of Alexandria with her husband Phillip and three sons.
