Before transitioning to residential real estate, David spent more than a decade in commercial real estate, where he developed expertise in contracts, financial analysis, negotiations, and project management. Today, he leverages that experience to help buyers and sellers make informed decisions, navigate complex transactions, and achieve their real estate goals.

Having lived in Potomac, on Capitol Hill, and now in Chevy Chase, David offers firsthand knowledge of many of the communities that make the Washington region unique. Outside of real estate, David is an active supporter of the arts and serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Signature Theatre. He also enjoys hosting friends, hiking with his dogs, and spending time on the golf course.
