She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS®. In addition to holding a real estate license, I have three advanced residential sales designations, which are GRI, Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute, CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, and SRS, Seller Representative Specialist. These designations are not mandatory; however, combined with experience, they give me a better understanding and education of the residential sales market. I am a native Alexandrian (fifth generation), and with the exception of five years, have always resided in the city. During that time, I resided in New York while working for an international airline. My husband, also a native of Alexandria, and I have raised three sons in the city and are fortunate to have lots of extended family still residing locally. I feel my knowledge of the city and the many different communities within helps me better represent my clients, whether they are Sellers or Purchasers. I am proud to be affiliated with the best firm in the business, Corcoran McEnearney. Over fifteen years ago, I transferred from a larger chain company to a smaller (and what I think is better) company. My only regret is that I did not do it sooner.

Since I specialize in the city, it makes sense to work for the firm that will best support me in marketing my properties and assisting my buyers. I am a 100% "hands-on" REALTOR®. I have fantastic support at my office that handles all the paperwork. Fortunately, that frees me up to concentrate on my clients. Through my three decades of practicing real estate, I have formed many great relationships with colleagues, not just at Corcoran McEnearney, but throughout the industry. These relationships are very valuable when negotiating contracts for my clients. Additionally, I have extensive experience in negotiating contracts. I currently rank fifth in my entire office.
