Her vast knowledge of the Rotonda and of the ins and outs of the real estate business impressed us when buying the unit, so choosing her as our seller’s agent was only natural.
Throughout the process she stood by us and kept our interests in sight; even when we could have easily lowered the asking price for a quicker sell, she agreed, based on her experience, that such approach wasn’t necessary at this time and that it was just a question of time for the right buyers to appear. And, exactly that happened: our home was sold in just about 3 months.

I really can’t say enough good things about my agent, Renneye Pike. She is an experienced realtor - professional, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable about the Rotonda and the surrounding market. I needed work done in certain areas and she was able to provide references whom I contacted. They did excellent work. I was interested in getting the unit on the market as soon as possible and we accomplished that in less than a month. While my unit was on the market, there was ongoing outside concrete work which meant that the windows were generally covered with blue plastic. COVID presented issues ranging from supply chain problems for large and small items to ensuring that Open House visitors observed appropriate protocols. Ms. Pike dealt with these and a variety of other issues with great capability and flexibility. I appreciate all of Renneye’s hard work and always going the extra mile – working with Renneye was an excellent experience.

I first met Renneye when I purchased my Condo at the Rotonda, which is synonymous with Renneye. As we prepared for the ultimate day when we would hold an open house, she lugged box after box of my possessions from the basement up to the dining room for me to go through to avoid me falling on the steps! We chose a new paint scheme to freshen up the entire house we went over all the technology I had incorporated into the unit. As a result of our partnership approach out of the roughly 40 potential buyers, we had 5 offers that day and some potentials came back for another look and dialogue the next day so we entertained their questions. It worked so surprisingly well that we had more offers but, by this time we had already narrowed the pool to two. I think what I’m trying to point out is that she is innovative, creative and knows her stuff! Bottom line if she was licensed for Maryland I would have yet another property for her! In my biased opinion, she’s the best!

First, I consider us very fortunate in having Renneye as our agent in managing the renting out of our condo in the Rotonda. We live on the west coast, making the identifying of tenants, preparing the unit, and navigating the Rotonda policies a complex task. In recent months and on multiple occasions over the years, Renneye made this process much easier for us. Clearly, she is a knowledgeable and experienced real estate professional, however, what stands out is her support even after the unit is rented and “the completion of the formal broker agreement”. She is an amazing resource and her “chief cook and bottle washer” approach has been a lifesaver for us. For example, we recently had to make significant upgrades to prepare the unit for renting. Renneye guided us through the repairs, identifying workers, and ensuring the quality of the work. On more than one occasion, she personally purchased appliances, materials, and whatever was needed for the work and responding even on weekends and evenings.
