I enlisted Niki’s help to market and secure tenants for my apartment. We handed her an absolute mess of a property and she took the lead on every aspect of preparing it for market. She hired the handyman for small repairs and cleaning crew while simultaneously keeping us abreast of all progress. Her expert knowledge of the local market dictated our pricing and listing terms. For the few things she’s not an expert on she has a wide network of professionals that are the expert in any needed aspect of property management. The reasonable cost of her assistance certainly belied the true extent of the services received: above and beyond. I would trust Niki and her colleagues with any property I have and adamantly recommend her to others.

If I could give 6 stars , I would. Niki was excellent to work with. Very professional, responsible, responsive, and pleasant. All the things that you need for a selling realtor. She was very patient during the entire process and gave excellent advice when to put my condo on the market and how to negotiate for the best selling price. We bought our new house through her and she helped rent out our old one. Several houses in our old neighborhood sat on the market for long periods of time but Niki got us several offers within a couple of days! When purchasing our new home, she was very patient with us as we searched for months. She never made us feel pressured to make an offer until we were ready. During the process of listing and selling our Washington DC condominium, Niki Lang exceeded our expectations in every respect. She exhibited superior knowledge of every step in the process. We found ourselves in a down market complicated by the time of year that has had characteristically limited buyers. In addition to arranging professional photographs and marketing material, Ms. Lang frequently presented unique ideas to increase the appeal of our condo to buyers. She also offered approaches to increase broker and buyer exposure that led to obtaining a cash buyer with a very short contract to closing timeframe. Once listed, we moved to a distant city. From the onset, we felt that Ms. Lang treated our property as her own, ensuring that it was properly secured after other Realtor’s showing, providing booties to eliminate tracking of dirt onto the floors, and setting the heat/AC as appropriate. Knowing that she was keeping an eye on things gave us great peace of mind. She had several open houses for buyers as well as exclusive Realtor opens. Her use of social media was impressive to us. After each showing Ms. Lang solicited feedback so that we understood the positive and the few negative comments from prospective buyers and their Realtors. Of great significance to us was Ms. Lang’s communication with us. She shared the results of every showing as well as arranging weekly Zoom calls to provide status and suggestions for the way ahead. She was always in touch and responded very quickly to all Emails and phone calls. Ms. Lang recognized the importance of following the rules and norms of the Condominium Management and Association. Early in the process she established communication with the Manager and Assistant Manager, seamlessly followed the management process for, as an example, scheduling staging furniture delivery, and kept the management informed and included. The Manager, unsolicited, praised Ms. Lang’s professionalism to us on several occasions. Ms. Lang was very skillful in processing the offer and counter offers that led to a contract. This skill extended to all aspects of the process including interaction with the closing agent. In summary, we made a very wise choice to list with Ms. Lang. We enthusiastically recommend her to anyone selling or buying.

After working with Niki, I honestly don't know why people complain about the home-buying process. Her team helped demystify the mortgage process. We had an aggressive closing timeline and Niki and her team kept us all on track. Her comps also helped us secure a price that was below what we'd expected to pay. Plus great wine!

Niki is AWSOME! We were just moving in from overseas, and Niki started comunication and searches months before we arrived. She showed us various homes as we described we wanted.
