A true local, Chris was born and raised in Rockville, graduated from Our Lady of Good Counsel High School, and went on to earn his degree from Towson University. His lifelong connection to the region gives him a unique perspective and an insider’s understanding of the communities he serves.
Before transitioning into residential real estate, Chris spent over six years in New Construction Sales, gaining valuable insight into the homebuilding process—from blueprint to final walk-through. This background allows him to guide clients with a builder’s eye, offering expertise in everything from quality construction and design features to negotiating new build contracts. His knowledge gives buyers and sellers a distinct advantage in today’s competitive market.
