Cher L. Castillo is a seasoned real estate professional with 23 years of experience and a legacy of leadership, innovation, and community impact across the Washington, D.C. metropolitan region. As Associate Broker and Team Lead at Corcoran McEnearney, she brings vision, market expertise, and a client-focused approach to every transaction.
In 2023, Cher launched Infinity Commercial Real Estate, where she serves as Principal Broker and Owner. The firm meets the rising demand for trusted commercial brokerage and advisory services across D.C., Maryland, and Virginia—delivering solutions for investors, developers, business owners, and nonprofits with a focus on building generational wealth and positive social outcomes.
She is also the Co-Founder of Infinity Capital Group (ICG), a real estate development firm established in 2016 and known for its “Distinctive Development” projects throughout the region. With over 57 completed residential projects, Castillo is recognized for creative vision, execution, and long-term value creation.
Her professional journey includes being a broker/owner roles at RE/MAX SKY, SKY Real Estate, and Senate Realty. She has led high-performing teams and brokerages for over two decades, with deep experience in residential, commercial, development, and design sectors.
Castillo also held a pivotal public service role with the D.C. Housing Finance Agency, where she directed the $20 million HomeSaver Program, part of the U.S. Treasury’s Hardest Hit Foreclosure Prevention Initiative. Her broader career includes leading operations, marketing, and strategic development for several real estate ventures, building strong pipelines and lasting relationships with both individual and institutional clients.
Before entering real estate, Castillo was Director of Marketing at Advanced Communications Group and served as Press Secretary to Congressman Alcee Hastings. These roles honed her communication skills and helped build her influential network in D.C.
A proud native of Nicaragua, Castillo is a multilingual communicator and a passionate advocate for equity, inclusion, and entrepreneurship. She holds a B.S. in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Florida and is committed to lifelong learning and community uplift.
Her philanthropic work includes serving as a Board Member of Kidpreneurs, a nonprofit supporting youth entrepreneurs under 17, and founding ART BUZZ, a signature fundraising event for underrepresented artists bridging art & real estate. She also organizes humanitarian efforts to support homeless Miskito communities along Nicaragua’s Caribbean coast.
Castillo proudly serves as Treasurer/Board Member for the Minerva Development Board of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and sits on the board of the DC Arts & Humanities Education Collaborative. She is a distinguished member of The BOW Collective, a global network representing the top 1% of Black and Brown women entrepreneurs, where she Co-Chairs the Real Estate Vertical.
