About Alison Christmas

Born and raised right here in Alexandria, VA, my deep roots in the community shape everything I do. Having attended St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School and graduating from St. Mary's Academy, I went on to earn my BA in Politics from Randolph-Macon Woman's College. I began my professional career working at Georgetown University Law School and later at Fannie Mae. It was during my time at Fannie Mae that I truly fell in love with the real estate industry, witnessing firsthand just how vital and life-changing the dream of owning a home is for individuals and families. Driven by that mission, I traveled extensively across the U.S. organizing events to help make those dreams an accessible reality for everyone.

Today, I am proud to still call Alexandria home, where my husband and I are raising our three children. Being an active part of our local community is incredibly important to me; I have served as President of the Belle Haven Women's Club, sit on the Junior Board for The Alexandria Symphony Orchestra, and dedicate time to fundraising for The Walk to Bust Cancer.

When I’m not helping clients navigate their real estate journeys, you can usually find me spending quality time with my family traveling, golfing, and skiing, tending to my garden, or hitting the courts with friends for a game of pickleball, tennis, or platform tennis. My deep knowledge of Alexandria's neighborhoods, schools, and community life allows me to help my clients find not just a house, but a true place to call home.
