Specializing in Life Transitions + Relocations
Carlie’s love for real estate began while working for the Washington Board of Realtors in the early 80’s. Surrounded by industry ‘greats’ she was inspired to purchase her first home at the age of twenty-three. With $3K in savings for a down payment and a loan interest rate of 12.5% Carlie took her first dive into real estate and never looked back - purchasing several more homes and land parcels throughout the area.
As a former tech exec + family therapist, Carlie came into this business armed with years of experience guiding clients through life’s most stressful transitions, that often prompt real estate transactions. She also brings extensive expertise as a tech-savvy leader, marketer, strategist and negotiator. Carlie’s clients share that she’s “the best investment” ever made. They describe her as warm, wise, direct, and insightful and they value her open, honest and approachable demeanor. She is fiercely loyal, comfortable with the uncomfortable, and can quickly ‘read the room’ giving her clients the edge in this competitive market.
