About Bob Adamson

Bob is a lifelong resident of Northern Virginia and has been a full-time Real Estate Agent since 1986. Bob is a Lifetime NVAR Top Producer and has sold over 1,000 homes in his career. He is a licensed Broker and has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), and Certified International Properties (CIPS) designations. He has served as a Director for the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS® from 2010 through 2018 and was Chairman of the Board in 2017. After serving in a political capacity for the National Association of REALTORS® as a Federal Political Coordinator, Bob has kept current with all National issues and continues to remain active in the industry. He constantly follows local market trends and statistics in order to best serve and advise his clients.

 

Bob is a graduate of the University of Virginia and lives in Arlington County. He has a daughter in high school and is very active in the community. Bob has been active in many charitable causes and has served as VP & President of the Nottingham ES PTA. His specialty is helping aging families who need to sell their parent’s property and knows how to get that task done with the minimum amount of hassle while reaping the maximum sales price. He also helps relocate families and has been very successful working with first-time buyers and families that are "moving up" to larger homes.
