About Veronica Aramburu

Veronica Aramburu is an experienced REALTOR® and Accredited Buyer Representative who regards every transaction as if it were her own and treats each client like family. Veronica receives the greatest satisfaction from serving her community and watching clients, many of whom thought homeownership could not be accomplished, achieve their homeownership dreams.

Originally from Peru, Veronica is proud of her Hispanic heritage. She dedicated her earlier career to managing and operating a successful driving school in Loudoun County, Virginia. This is where she developed her passion for motivating people to achieve early-life milestones.

Today, Veronica motivates those already paying high rent to learn about the home-buying process and prepares them to take the necessary steps to achieve homeownership. She believes in educating her clients, especially first-time homebuyers, about the benefits and responsibilities of homeownership. Over the past five years, she has developed proven strategies to overcome unique home buyer challenges.
Veronica has worked on some of the most challenging real estate contracts and has effectively served the most demanding buyers and sellers. Every market is different, and economic conditions shift abruptly. Veronica is constantly learning and adapting, which equips her with extraordinary qualities for strategic showings, assertive pricing, and strong negotiation.

An active member of the community, Veronica regularly participates in her local church, frequents the many locally-owned restaurants in Leesburg, supports Loudoun United, and spends her off-hours dancing Bachata while getting involved in the Latin community.
