Sharon brings a unique combination of global perspective and deep local knowledge to her work in Northern Virginia real estate. Licensed in Virginia, she helps clients navigate important transitions with clarity, confidence, and care. Having lived in six countries and moved to and from the Washington, DC region multiple times during her career in international development, Sharon understands firsthand how valuable it is to have a trusted advisor when making real estate decisions during periods of change.

She especially enjoys working with clients who are relocating, upsizing, downsizing, renting, or new to the local market. Sharon is committed to helping buyers, sellers, and renters make informed decisions that align with both their goals and their lifestyle. Clients benefit from her thoughtful guidance, strong communication, and solutions-oriented approach.

Before real estate, Sharon held senior leadership roles with USAID and led economic development programs in emerging economies. Her work focused on expanding opportunities for small businesses, promoting investment, and making finance more accessible, an experience that now informs her client-first mindset and results-driven approach. She also brings practical real estate experience as a longtime resident and homeowner in Arlington and Falls Church who has owned, managed, and renovated multiple properties. Her eye for value, design, and potential continues to shape how she helps clients evaluate opportunities in the market.

Originally from Charlottesville, Virginia, Sharon holds a BA from the University of Virginia, an MA from Georgetown University, and an MBA from William & Mary’s Mason School of Business. Outside of work, she enjoys walking, biking, swimming, and exploring the area with her lab mix, Buddy Zelensky. She is also an avid traveler, having visited or worked in more than 50 countries.
