Having lived most of his life in Washington, DC, Santiago Testa has seen the metropolitan area evolve over the years. After graduating from American University, he honed his negotiation skills as the founder and partner of several companies in diverse markets including marketing, financial communications, and international telecom. In 2004 Santiago started his real estate career.
