About Sallie Seiy

She grew up frequenting her family’s brokerage, which is celebrating its 91st year of service to its clients. A Virginia native, Sallie’s roots are not only buried deep in real estate but also in this area. She is the granddaughter of Chick Cullinane, a renowned architect and builder in the Northern Virginia area, particularly in the Alexandria community. Growing up, she often visited the area and spent time at her grandfather’s job sites. This area was always her second home, and now she has been a permanent resident in the area for nearly five years. She is passionate about the charm, history, and architecture of the area’s surrounding communities. Her strong background in the business and building of real estate has led Sallie to pursue a career in an industry near to her heart.

Sallie graduated from the University of Virginia with a BA in History. While at UVA, Sallie proudly represented her university as a member of the Varsity Field Hockey team. Following graduation, she moved to Arlington, VA, and began working as a Marketing Coordinator for a local construction firm. Her previous professional background enables her to effectively strategize and tailor specific marketing plans for each of her clients.

Aside from her professional experience, Sallie has been involved in athletics since a young age. Her dedication to sports cultivated a tenacious work ethic. She understands the hard work, perseverance, and incomparable commitment necessary to achieve set goals. These lessons translate beautifully into the world of real estate. She will lead you throughout the buying or selling process and be your strong advocate during negotiations. She strategizes and crafts the perfect game plan for her clients, whether it be buying or selling, so they achieve their ultimate result – a rewarding and memorable transaction.

Her innate ability to handle many responsibilities at once while maintaining a strong attention to detail proves she always puts her clients first. Sallie is still an avid athlete and is always looking for an opportunity to be out and about in the community! She loves to run, play golf, and spend time outdoors. Despite now living in this area, she is always looking for an excuse to be a tourist in her community! Sallie loves to sight-see at the monuments. While she loves all the local sports teams and wholeheartedly cheers them on, she will forever and always be a Wahoo fan!
