About Kevin Bullock

Kevin M. Bullock, "Where the unthinkable is reachable".

For nearly five years as a REALTOR® in the Washington DC Metropolitan area, Kevin has helped hundreds of clients achieve homeownership and is proud that most of his clients have become lifelong friends.

Born, raised, and educated in Washington, DC, Kevin went on to receive a BS Degree from North Carolina A&T, but his dedication and commitment to his hometown has never wavered.

As an associate of the Barber Home Group, he participated in many passion projects and has stayed very involved in the community. Through this partnership, he was able to help raise thousands of dollars in donations to help underprivileged residents in the Ward 8 community.

Kevin went on to join the Diversity Council at Corcoran McEnearney and ultimately served as Chair. During his tenure, the Council accomplished a great deal of goodwill for the community—welcoming a number of minority agents to the Corcoran McEnearney team and resurrecting a website dedicated to homebuyer programs. One of their most noteworthy accomplishments was organizing a day of service known as Corcoran McEnearney Community Day. In 2021, the organization came together to volunteer and improve Oxon Run Park in Ward 8.

Kevin has now begun a solo venture with Corcoran McEnearney, through the launch of Kevin M. Bullock. His knowledge of the Washington, DC Metropolitan area, in addition to providing exceptional real estate service, ensures that his clients feel confident with their decision to partner with him. Kevin has always had a passion for the real estate industry. He worked for five years as a mortgage loan officer and knows all aspects of real estate. Kevin's business acumen is built on dedication, communication, determination, professionalism, and trust, while embodying the ability to cater and adapt to his client’s wishes.
