He was born on Fort Belvoir and has lived his whole life in the Washington Metropolitan area, so he knows how incredible a place it is in which to live and work.

Prior to turning his attention to Real Estate, Joe focused on a successful career as a Contract Negotiator and then as a Technology Consultant supporting the Department of Defense and private sector clients for more than twenty years. He brings the same detail-oriented discipline and proactive enthusiasm to making his client's home dreams a reality.

Joe enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and generally anything that gets him outdoors. He’s also passionate about the “science of cooking”, and is a fanatic Formula One racing fan. Joe lives in Alexandria with his wife, Laura, and their three rescue cats and supports several animal rescue organizations in the metro area. He received his bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from the University of Mary Washington and a Graduate Procurement and Contract Management Certificate from the University of Virginia.
