Cheryl Regan is an accomplished, licensed realtor in Virginia with almost 40 years of experience in the homebuilding and real estate industry, including over 18 years specializing in Landmark Atlantic homes. Her deep, specialized knowledge of new home construction gives her clients a real edge, especially those navigating the building process for the first time.

Born and educated in the U.K., Cheryl came to the U.S. to help start her family's U.S. subsidiary of their U.K. established residential home-building business, where she gained hands-on experience in construction, marketing, and sales. That background shapes how she works with clients today: she understands not just how homes are bought and sold, but most importantly how they're built.

Cheryl works with clients across Northern Virginia, including Fairfax, Lorton, Warrenton, Clifton, Manassas, Front Royal, Annandale, Falls Church, Gainesville, and Sterling. She specializes in first-time buyers, VA (military) buyers, investors, and luxury homes, bringing the same level of care and expertise to every transaction.
