About Cesar Rivera

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Cesar Rivera brings more than twenty years of sales experience and nearly a decade in real estate to the D.C. metro market. After relocating to the area in 2014, he joined one of the leading home builders along the Northeast corridor, where he sold more than 250 homes and developed a deep understanding of new home construction and buyer behavior. He earned his real estate license in 2016 and launched his full-time career in 2018, helping buyers and sellers across Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia with new construction, investment properties, and residential sales.

Curious by nature and grounded in strong client relationships, Cesar is known for his ability to communicate clearly, connect with people quickly, and guide clients through one of the most important financial and personal decisions they will ever make. His background in sales, paired with his adaptability and focus, allows him to create a smooth and informed experience for every client he works with.

Outside of real estate, Cesar is passionate about innovation and personal growth. He is heavily involved in artificial intelligence and constantly explores how new technologies can improve both business and everyday life. With a long history in fitness as a former personal trainer, health and wellness remain central to his daily routine. He is also a founding member of Black Golf D.C., an organization dedicated to creating inclusive spaces and building community within the golf world.

Cesar lives in the Arlington area with his wife and son, Jax. When he is not helping clients or connecting with others on the golf course, you will likely find him cheering on his New York Giants, loyal no matter how tough the season gets, or on the sidelines as a proud soccer dad.
