Beatriz comes to Corcoran McEnearney with over 20 years of experience in commercial construction and property management in the D.C. area. Her experience in real estate is wide-ranging. Beatriz is an Air B&B host, having hosted thousands of families from all over the world.

 

She was also involved in a network of boutique hotels in the D.C. area and just ran a design and renovation company for residential and commercial properties. Outside of her real estate passion, Beatriz is also an avid salsa dancer, traveler, sushi-maker, and coffee aficionado – a trait from her Colombian roots. Beatriz’s charismatic personality and deep understanding of the nuances, history, and trends of D.C. neighborhoods will help convert your real estate dreams into a reality.
