Wendy Santantonio both represented us in the purchase of our rowhouse in Washington DC and in the sale of our condo. She handled both meticulously and with attention to detail. For the purchase of the rowhouse, she negotiated our price down by over 10%. She also referred us to an excellent home inspector who identified some pre-close issues that were resolved. For the sale of our condo, we wanted to renovate our unit before sale to maximize our returns. Wendy put us in touch with a general contractor that did an extensive renovation and also worked with the contractor and us to make design decisions to sell the condo quickly. I will admit without her guidance, we most likely would have not made the best decisions for resale! I recommend Wendy not only for her real estate agent skills, but also the advice she offers in preparing units for resale and identifying necessary repairs for purchase.
