Stacy was raised in the real estate world. Growing up in California she spent summers in Seattle with her grandmother who owned and managed several apartment buildings on the shores of the freezing Puget Sound. Her grandmother taught her the ins and outs of being a landlord and from the time she graduated from law school in 1988, Stacy has been a savvy investor.
After practicing law in downtown DC for several years, Stacy became the consummate PTA mom, heading up fundraising for the Falls Church City Schools and also volunteering on numerous Boards. Once her youngest daughter started school, Stacy became the Director of Falls Church City Chamber of Commerce. After several years of growing the Chamber, she switched gears completely and opened Stacy’s Coffee Parlor. The shop became the heart of the community and won awards from Washingtonian Magazine, Falls Church News-Press, and others. Stacy was even awarded Business Person of the Year. While running the shop, people would often ask about real estate in the City. After referring several times, Stacy decided to get her license. Within the first month, she sold 2 million dollars worth of property and has continued to be successful. She sold the coffee shop after realizing that real estate was in her blood and with her legal back and knowledge of the market, it was the right fit. As a continued member of the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club she owes her success to the fact that she loves what she does and when you truly work on behalf of your clients' best interest, referrals come naturally…She isn’t a fan of self-promotion.
When she finds the time, Stacy loves to travel. In the past few years she has been to Jordan, Turkey, Spain, Paris, Scotland, Roatan Honduras (ask about her vacation rental!), and most recently hiked to Machu Picchu (harder than she thought!) Her real passion is working with the homeless and she continues to be involved with two local organizations. She is happy to tell you all about them!
