That's a lot to navigate on your own, especially while everything else in life keeps moving. So let me tell you how I work.

I listen first. I want the whole picture, because the right move is rarely the obvious one. It depends on what you're carrying, what you're protecting, and what you want your next chapter to feel like.
Then we get our bearings. We separate what's actually true from what fear is predicting, and we name what matters most - before the market tries to decide it for you.
Then we chart the route. Not a hundred steps. The next one, and then the one after that. Clear enough to act on, calm enough to sleep on.

I'm Alexandria-born and deeply rooted here. I know the difference between neighborhoods that look similar on paper and feel completely different in real life. My job is to translate what you need into an Alexandria lifestyle you'll actually love, ensuring you aren't guessing and you don't end up in a home that quietly conflicts with your routines, your priorities, or current season of life.
