An entrepreneur with an eye for design, Marysol relishes the opportunity with real estate to pair her love of interior design with her flair for business. As a first generation Guatemalan-American, she also understands how to engage skillfully with diverse, multicultural communities and is fluent in Spanish.
Prior to her career in residential real estate, Marysol worked in financial services, providing direct accountability and serving as client advocate within all areas of financial plan management. Growing up with an entrepreneurial mother, however, Marysol learned that with authenticity, work ethic, grit and compassion, anything can be achieved. Over the last 10 years, she has helped buyers, sellers and investors alike, to achieve their real estate goals. Alongside her mother, a renowned local Interior Designer, Contractor and Builder, Marysol has also dived, head first, into the world of residential development. This dynamic partnership has resulted in the creation of several beautiful custom homes with timeless designs throughout the DC metro area.
When you work with Marysol Bonilla, you will not only receive world-class service, you will also reap the benefits of her extensive market knowledge. She will stay on top of all matters to ensure your real estate transaction closes in a timely fashion and as seamlessly as possible. Marysol thrives on helping her clients build wealth and legacy through real estate. She does not measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of her clients.
Marysol is passionate about human rights, the humane treatment of animals, as well as raising awareness around mental illness and domestic violence. As a result, humility, compassion and grace are at the core of how she operates her day-to-day business.
When not working, Marysol enjoys jogging, hiking, traveling and exploring the vast array of cuisine options that the DMV has to offer. She's an avid runner and hopes to one day run a full marathon (knees permitting)! Marysol resides in Silver Spring, Maryland with her fur baby, Goldie.
