Lucy has been a resident of the District for more than 30 years and licensed in DC, MD, and VA, she truly knows the city, its neighborhoods, and surrounding areas. And with an MBA and background in commercial real estate, she also brings a highly professional approach to her work, plus she’s a top-notch negotiator.

Lucy caught the real estate bug early in life, helping her parents and sisters renovate historic townhomes during summers in Richmond, Virginia. Growing up in a “can do” family also meant hands-on involvement with family landscaping projects, building home additions, and every type of interior home improvement project imaginable.
