Laura Fall started her real estate career in 1984. She has worked through many up and down markets and has more experience and knowledge than the average REALTOR®. Committed to gaining knowledge, Laura earned her Broker’s License in 1990, her Certified Real Estate Specialist designation in 1996, and ran her own successful real estate company, Fall Properties, for 10 years from 2003 to 2013.
Her firm merged with McEnearney in 2013, a move that has been instrumental in providing her clients with the most up-to-date technology tools and market exposure. Technology has changed and enhanced the home sale and purchase landscape in mostly positive ways, but the need for a seasoned, trustworthy, and ethical REALTOR® has never been more important. Earning her client's trust and respect is Laura’s greatest reward; making her clients’ housing dreams come true is an absolute joy.
Laura has volunteered with the local Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS® (NVAR). She was past Chairman(s) of the Finance Forum, the Economic Summit, and the Arbitration Committee. Additionally, Laura was elected twice by her peers and served for 4 years as a Director on the NVAR Board of Directors.
Laura is experienced with tax-deferred exchanges, private financing, installment sales, loan assumptions, shared equity purchases, rent with option to buy and the myriad secondary loans and jumbo loan programs available today.
