Known for her organization, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service, she ensures the team’s operations run seamlessly while supporting both the team and clients through every stage of the transaction process.

Prior to joining The Stokes Group, Latia served as Office Manager at Corcoran McEnearney, where she oversaw multiple offices and provided strategic operational support to agents and staff. Her years of behind-the-scenes leadership have given her a deep understanding of the real estate process and the systems that drive smooth, successful transactions.

Combining her operational expertise with her real estate licenses, Latia plays an integral role in keeping transactions organized and on track while also working closely with clients to guide them through the buying and selling process. Thoughtful and solutions-oriented, she approaches each detail with care, professionalism, and a commitment to creating a seamless experience.

Latia is licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. When she’s not helping clients and supporting the team, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and extended family and friends.
