Jeremy Dalpiaz is an Associate Broker licensed in Virginia and Washington, D.C., who guides clients to buy and sell homes throughout Northern Virginia, with a focus on the Leesburg area, Western Loudoun County, and Fairfax County.

With over a decade of real estate experience, Jeremy leads a team that supports a wide range of clients, including move-up buyers, downsizing buyers, first-time homebuyers, executives, and real estate investors. His team handles everything from traditional resale transactions to new construction, land and farm sales, and new development marketing, providing clients with a comprehensive and highly responsive experience.

Jeremy’s background in government and public policy sets him apart. Before transitioning to real estate, he spent 15 years working on Capitol Hill and in federal advocacy, including advising during the 2008 financial crisis and focusing on financial services, cybersecurity, and regulatory policy. This experience translates directly into his real estate practice, where he is known for his strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and ability to guide clients through complex transactions with clarity and confidence.

In recognition of his expertise and leadership, Jeremy was appointed to the Virginia Real Estate Board by the Governor of Virginia in 2024. He is also deeply involved in his local community, having served as President of multiple condominium and homeowners associations, including guiding one community from developer to owner control.

Jeremy lives in Western Loudoun County with his husband, their daughter, and their rescued pets. His deep local knowledge, combined with a disciplined, analytical approach, allows him to deliver thoughtful, results-driven guidance tailored to each client’s goals.
