Holland Buzzelli is an enthusiastic and dedicated Realtor® who grew up in a local real estate family in the heart of Middleburg, gaining a deep understanding of homeownership’s value and its impact on the community. Though rooted in the countryside, she spends much time throughout Northern Virginia and D.C., developing a genuine appreciation for the area's attractions and charm, insights she now shares to benefit her clients.

Before joining Corcoran McEnearney, Holland mastered the art of anticipating client needs with six years of customer service work. Since the young age of 14, she has worked in service-driven roles across restaurants, hospitality, and international missions. Whether in fast-paced kitchens, fine dining, hotel operations, or community outreach, she has learned that care looks different in every environment. Those experiences taught her to serve with excellence—adapting to stress, fatigue, and diverse personalities—while always ensuring people feel valued and taken care of.

Pursuing global missions brought Holland’s travels across Africa, the UK, and Europe, which deepened her appreciation for different cultures and the unique ways people define “home.” Immersing herself in diverse communities gave her the critical interpersonal skills to listen, adapt, and connect with people from all backgrounds, ensuring her clients have a real estate experience that is personal and managed with seamless care.

Holland is especially passionate about helping first-time homebuyers navigate the purchasing process because – as someone in the same generational boat – she understands the challenges that come with this milestone. To help them start the first step toward building wealth and equity, she provides relatable, clear guidance and strategic solutions to make homeownership feel achievable and exciting.
