Dan’s earliest real estate memories began with him visiting his grandparents in the Hamptons, New York, a prestigious summer destination located on eastern Long Island’s South Fork. Dan’s grandfather was an architect and the time spent at his office piqued Dan’s interest in design and housing. Dan's favorite part of his visits, besides taking a swim in the pool behind his grandfather's office, was going out into the field with his grandfather to check on the status of the different projects.
As Dan’s interest in real estate flourished, an opportunity presented itself to work in property management in the Hamptons, New York area, which had become an even more popular destination year-round.
Dan continued to build on this real estate foundation when he returned to Virginia and started working with his aunt and mother, who have over 50 years of combined real estate experience in the Northern Virginia market. His familiarity with property management coupled with his interest in design and housing made becoming a real estate agent a natural fit.
Dan’s main goal in real estate is for his clients to have a successful outcome and he works hard to ensure this result. He is aware that selling or buying a home can be a stressful experience. Dan’s ability to communicate the steps involved in your transaction are clear and concise. Whether you are considering selling or buying a home it would be an honor for him to help you achieve your real estate goals and dreams.
