She is an award-winning agent (WSJ - top 1% nationally) who has represented buyers, sellers, and landlords throughout Northern Virginia for the past eighteen years, specializing in Old Town Alexandria, the City of Alexandria, Arlington, and McLean markets. She is known for her detailed market knowledge, in-depth transactional experience, effective negotiation and communication skills, unparalleled guidance throughout the sales process, and a proactive approach to providing creative solutions when needed.

Annette’s strong relationships within the broker community often allow her to have advanced notice of coming soon properties that can prepare buyers advantageously. Advising sellers on the preparation and staging of their properties, aided by a network of contractors and vendors, has enabled 97% of her sales to go under contract within 4 days at list price or above. Annette works hard to ensure that every transaction is as enjoyable and as stress-free as possible, while delivering results with professionalism and integrity.

Born in Somerset in the UK, Annette worked for more than twenty years in progressively senior sales and business management positions in the hospitality and travel industry in both London and Mexico. On moving to the US in 2000, she developed and managed a property portfolio in Northern Virginia that gave her invaluable knowledge of local residential investment and rental markets. Prior to joining McEnearney Associates in 2009 (now Corcoran McEnearney), Annette worked for McWilliams Ballard, a mid-Atlantic market leader of new home sales projects, assisting in the sales of 300+ high-end luxury townhomes and condominiums in Rosslyn, Alexandria, McLean, and Bethesda.
