About Venous Jones

Venous Jones has spent 20 years doing what she loves most: helping people see their potential and grow into it.

She discovered that passion during her 26 years with Kay Jewelers, where building teams and developing people became the favorite part of her work. She brought it with her into real estate more than 10 years ago, and today she combines both worlds through The Collective DMV and VCJ Consulting, coaching and consulting with agents nationwide.

Venous has a gift for seeing potential in people, sometimes before they see it in themselves. She helps agents figure out what’s holding them back, build a clear plan, and follow through. Whether through one-on-one coaching, group training, or customized business consulting, she works with agents at every stage, from newer agents establishing themselves to seasoned pros ready to grow.

You’ll also find her in the classroom and at the front of the room. Venous teaches Virginia real estate pre-licensing courses and regularly speaks and leads workshops on leadership, business growth, productivity, and building successful teams. She has also hosted executive leadership workshops and luxury real estate events.

Venous is an active Realtor® who helps buyers and sellers inside the Beltway, primarily in Montgomery County and Fairfax County. She especially loves working with first-time buyers and luxury clients. She considers it an honor to be trusted with helping people step into the next chapter of their lives.

Giving back to the industry matters to her. Venous chairs the NVAR Awards and Leadership Development Committee and serves on the NVAR Top Producers Committee. At the state level, she serves on the Virginia REALTORS® Professional Standards and Ethics Committee and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, and was elected to the Virginia REALTORS® Board of Directors for the 2027-2030 term.

Many of her relationships go back years. One of her favorite moments was helping the daughter of a longtime client buy her first home. Venous had known her since she was 16 and had been there for her graduation, her wedding, and the birth of her son. When it came time to buy a home, there was no one else she wanted by her side.

Whether she’s coaching an agent or guiding a client, Venous’s approach comes from the same place: a desire to serve. She works hard to be one of the most knowledgeable people in her field while never forgetting that it’s about the people. With agents and clients alike, her goal is to help them see what’s possible and walk alongside them as they get there.
