About Nada Seide

She has witnessed the vast and rapid growth in Northern Virginia. This has enabled me, in my 20+ years as a REALTOR® with Corcoran McEnearney, to help my clients understand and adapt to the ever-changing real estate market.

 

My excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and personal service skills have been honed during the 25 + years I spent as a meeting and event planner, two of which were spent with the National Association of Home Builders.

 

My real estate philosophy is patience, persistence, hard work, communication, and always looking out for my clients’ best interests. Rather than a quick sale, my focus is to build relationships and trust. I am acutely aware that every client is different.  By listening to my clients, I am able to assist them in formulating, prioritizing, and refining what is really important in the sale or purchase of a home. I believe it is crucial for my clients to be educated in the process, knowing in advance everything that is needed for the successful completion of a sale.  Instead of seeing problems, I see challenges to overcome. Providing referrals for the best lenders, inspectors, and other vendors is another of my services. I am with my clients every step of the way from our initial meeting to settlement and beyond.

 

Prior to real estate, I had my own business as an independent meeting planner and consultant, worked for a national political party in major donor fundraising and special events, volunteered and was a member of the Executive Committee of the Alexandria Red Cross Waterfront Festival, and served as Treasurer and Member of my condo association’s Board of Directors.

 

I graduated with honors from Adelphi University in New York, spending my junior year at Tel Aviv University in Israel.
