Josh is an area native, having grown up in Fairfax County & Loudoun County. As an active investor and homeowner himself, he has been involved in real estate for over a decade, purchasing, renovating, selling, and leasing properties. Having been successful in the real estate market, he now enjoys focusing on helping others do the same.
Josh specializes in helping people achieve their real estate goals—whether that’s buying a first home, or their hundredth investment property. He enjoys carefully listening to deeply understand what his clients are looking for, so he can then help them develop plans to achieve their goals.
Life is about more than real estate, though—and Josh loves to see people succeed in every area of life. When he’s not busy learning from his own coaches and mentors, he enjoys coaching, mentoring, and volunteering with local community ministries, and sharing what he’s learned with others about business, goal setting, and winning at life.
Josh resides in Jefferson County with his beautiful wife, Kerin, and their six children. He enjoys running, hiking, and working with his family. He’s extremely proud of his family and how each of them is growing, maturing, and exhibiting unique entrepreneurial talent!
