Evan Lacopo is Executive Vice President and Managing Broker at Corcoran McEnearney, one of the leading luxury residential real estate brokerages serving the Washington, DC metropolitan region. Based in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia, Evan leads brokerage operations, agent development, and strategic growth across one of the firm’s flagship offices.
Evan brings extensive leadership experience from some of the most respected luxury real estate brands in the country. Prior to joining Corcoran McEnearney, he held key sales and leadership positions at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty and Douglas Elliman Metro DC, where he developed a reputation for building high-performing agent teams and cultivating a collaborative brokerage culture focused on professionalism and client service.
Before entering residential real estate sales, Evan co-founded Trusted Advisors Mortgage, a mortgage lending platform designed to serve the high-net-worth clients of accountants, attorneys, and financial planners. The company quickly became one of the nation’s leading referral-based mortgage lenders before being acquired by Access National Bank in 2002.
Following the acquisition, Evan earned his real estate license in 2003 and later his Associate Broker’s license, eventually rising to the position of Managing Broker at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, where he led one of the brokerage’s most successful offices.
A native Washingtonian, Evan possesses deep knowledge of the Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland real estate markets. He is licensed to practice real estate in Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland and is widely respected for his strategic insight into the region’s luxury housing market.
Evan is known for a leadership style that is agent-centric, collaborative, and strategic, helping real estate professionals grow sustainable businesses while delivering exceptional client experiences. His work focuses on mentorship, brokerage innovation, and elevating professional standards across the industry.
Beyond brokerage leadership, Evan is deeply committed to community and industry service. He is a graduate of the Leadership Center for Excellence and currently serves on the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS® (NVAR) Board of Directors, having been elected in 2025, and was elected Secretary/Treasurer in 2026.
