About Andy Hill

Andy Hill is a trusted real estate leader with deep roots in the Washington, D.C. area. Born and raised here, Andy launched his real estate career in 2001, teaming up with his mother, Sue Hill, to create a dynamic partnership known for exceptional service in Montgomery County and Washington, D.C.

 

After a successful run at W.C. & A.N. Miller, Andy and Sue brought their business to McEnearney Associates and their Spring Valley office in 2007, where their client-first approach and market expertise consistently placed them among the firm’s top-producing teams.

 

In 2017, Andy stepped into leadership as Managing Broker for Maryland and D.C., where he developed personalized mentoring programs, expanded training opportunities, and helped shape the next generation of agents. In 2023 and 2024 he was an integral part of the firm's merger with Middleburgh Real Estate and later their affiliation with the Corcoran Group out of New York. Today, he oversees multiple offices for Corcoran McEnearney, leading day-to-day operations and driving strategies to strengthen the firm’s presence in the region.

 

Beyond his brokerage role, Andy serves on several leadership committees and is an active member of multiple committees at the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS® (GCAAR), contributing to the growth and professionalism of the real estate industry.
