Patty is a native Washingtonian who has lived on Capitol Hill, in Chevy Chase, Silver Spring, and currently resides in Kensington, Maryland, and is affiliated with the Metro DC & Kensington office of McEnearney.
Patty brings a group of solid and diverse business skills to her work as an agent, as well as the penchant for detail so important to good buyer and seller representation. She attended Montgomery County public schools and has a BS degree from the University of Delaware. After graduation, she worked for Hazleton Laboratories and the US Department of Defense before entering the real estate field in 1989.
Life for Patty as a realtor started with Dale Denton and in 1993 she moved to Prudential Preferred Properties. When Prudential was purchased by Weichert in 1995 she remained with the company until May 2009. At that point in her career, Patty wanted a different and more visionary company to help her continue to build her business and take it to a higher level. After some research, she chose McEnearney Associates for its top-drawer reputation and strong support programs. With McEnearney she will continue the business development and strong client support so necessary to be a top real estate professional in this very sophisticated market.

She is married to Peter Kirsch and they have three children: Kyle, Mitchell, and Sydney.
