A graduate of James Madison University with a degree in Interior Design and Business, Margarita has worked in both the residential and commercial interiors industries, creating and selling products. The experience of owning two businesses provided a natural transition into real estate. She is an invaluable asset in helping her clients visualize space and identify possibilities for improvements in many otherwise overlooked properties. This unique perspective sets Margarita apart in helping her clients through the home-buying/selling process.
When not helping Virginia homebuyers and sellers, Margarita enjoys discovering and enjoying all that living in the Washington, DC area has to offer with her family and friends.
