Having resided in Logan Circle and Capitol Hill in Washington, DC, and now, Prince George's County, Maryland, Joseph has developed a profound understanding of the local market and its unique characteristics. His immersion in DC-area real estate started during his family trips to visit his aunt, uncle, and cousin who resided in Bethesda, Maryland, for several decades. Since then, he has cultivated extensive knowledge of the area's neighborhoods, amenities, and evolving trends, making him a valuable resource for both buyers and sellers.

Joseph earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in International Business and minoring in Spanish from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA, studied at Saint Louis University in Madrid, Spain, and earned his Master's of Business Administration, concentrating in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University in New Castle, DE. For the past decade, Joseph has worked for industry-leading public and private corporations in Marketing, Sales, and Account Management roles where he spearheaded fruitful partnerships with top Fortune 500 clients within the financial services, retail, automotive, and hospitality fields, to name a few. Having also been licensed to sell real estate in his home state of New Jersey, Joseph’s passion for real estate was discovered at an early age. As a child, he was instrumental in helping his parents design their family home and recalls requesting his parents take him to the newest model homes to check out the latest trends in home construction and design, after his travel soccer games.

Joseph currently resides in Cheverly, Maryland, with his soon-to-be husband, Daniel, and their two miniature Dalmatians, Jasper and Jolene. When not perusing the real estate apps tracking the latest in the booming DC-area real estate market, Joseph spends his time with close family and friends, cooking, traveling, fitness, and living a full, happy life.
