A resident of the DC area since 1983, Chris has served the residential housing needs of clients in Virginia and DC since 2003. Her focus is on the whole experience, building a community of clients with whom she stays connected in order to serve them over the life of their home ownership. That same level of connection helps her Buyers stay on top of changing market conditions and her Sellers prepare to sell for the highest return possible.


Chris is a reno veteran, having survived the gut renovation of her 110+ year-old home on Capitol Hill and her husband’s foray into the building and contracting industry. Combined with the hundreds of home inspections and client renovations that she’s been privy to, Chris can give some context to clients who want to understand how big an undertaking their dream might be.


Prior to moving to Washington, Chris grew up in Colorado. These days, she enjoys exploring events, activities, and all things fun around the DC area with her husband and their two dogs.
