Born and raised in Texas, Vicky Mashaw relocated to Northern Virginia in 2006 to raise her three daughters in an area with vibrant cultural institutions, broader diversity, and new and exciting opportunities. After arriving in Virginia, she grew to understand the adage that “Virginia is for Lovers” and decided to stay, making this area her home.
As a single parent, Vicky worked as a marketing professional to put each of her daughters through university and could not be more proud of them. In return, they encouraged her to pursue her lifelong goal of getting her own college degree. In May 2022, Vicky graduated cum laude distinction from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science in Conflict Analysis and Resolution focusing primarily on collaborative leadership. She also earned an associate degree with honors in Business Administration from Northern Virginia Community College.
Vicky’s investment in her continued education has allowed her to build on her 20 years of marketing experience, mastering relevant business tools such as thorough research, clear communication, and active collaboration. Now, Vicky uses her skills to provide clients with the most comprehensive representation during their real estate journey. As a Realtor, Vicky values building long-term relationships with her clients and networking within the industry. To Vicky, a home is the most important purchase a client can make in their life. She believes that it is more than just a financial transaction; it is an emotional investment. With that mindset, helping clients find and close on their dream home is a responsibility that she takes to heart, treating clients as if they are part of her extended family.
When Vicky is not working, she enjoys traveling, coaching volleyball, volunteering, and devoting time to her family and German Shepherds.
