During the three-year pandemic, I've observed a decline in the level of care and concern we have for each other within our society. With that said a few days ago that all changed for me and my family. I was in a time crunch to find and buy a home in Maryland, while I currently live in another state. A friend referred me to an agent named Melissa Rosario. From our very first conversation and throughout the entire process, Melissa consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism, care, and concern for me and my family. Melissa was a pure joy to work with. She made the entire process of selling my mom's estate a breeze. Being a well maintained but older home it would have been difficult to get the full value of the property that it sat on so selling to a builder was the best choice. She has extensive experience with bringing in builders for negotiations, and in the end all participants involved received a fair value. So very happy with my experience with her that I had her help me sell my condo but that's another fantastic experience. Thanks Melissa! You're the best!

Melissa sold my home and helped us purchase our new home. She was phenomenal through the whole process. She went above and beyond for the sale of my home, even sprucing up the landscaping when I was tied up! Gretchyn Meinken, Estate Lawyer recommended McEnearney Asssociates where Melissa Rosario was Certified in Maryland to help me with selling this house. The house was advertised on July 1, 2020 by the end of July 6, 2020 we had 7 Offers. We then closed off the bidding and the bid that was accepted was $20,000 over list price. Not only did she sell the house quickly but compared it to other houses and sent me the details of other houses in the area. Melissa provided the Appraiser with a detailed packet that included information about the neighborhood. Melissa followed-up with all the calls I made to her at any time of day. Sara and I thought it was outstanding how she worked any time and any time of day and did it on her own time. Melissa spent time of her own to sit down with me and my wife Sara to get to know us. Melissa even helped cleaning out the garage and checked on the house weekly. We went to settlement a month later. Again, I can’t stress enough how professional she was in helping us sell this house.

Melissa is by far AMAZING. Derek and I began our home search (as first-time home buyers) without a realtor and stumbled across Melissa at an open house. We knew from our first interaction that SHE was the realtor for us. Unlike other real estate agents that we met, Melissa made sure we understood everything from simple real estate terminology to the intricate details that most people do not pay attention to. She never made us feel inferior or incapable of handling the home buying process. Her communication was incomparable – always seemed available – which to us is super important as a first-time home buyer! Melissa is a high-touch agent – as my buyer agent she tuned into my precise needs and aspirations and showed me the home I ended up purchasing within the first day of working with me (with only two other homes visited!). She brings a wealth of knowledge and relationships in the Northern Virginia marketplace –lender, inspector, title company, contractors, etc. She remained in constant contact with me to help meet contract and lender contingencies in a timely manner, offering fair/balanced negotiating guidance and even when I had to change lenders, she worked to smooth the extension with the sellers.
