With extensive knowledge of Northern Virginia and years of experience in the real estate industry, I know that buying or selling a home can sometimes be a difficult and emotional experience, but there’s no reason it can’t also be thrilling and a lot of fun! I have sold hundreds of houses from starter condos to large luxury homes, from older homes to new construction, and I can help you.

I am proud of the fine reputation I have earned throughout my years in real estate. Starting my career in the late ‘70s when interest rates were climbing to a peak of 18%, I have seen many fluctuations in the market. Through it all, I have never lost my love for all things concerning real estate. I feel fortunate to be able to help my clients with what is most likely the largest investment of their lives. If you are the seller, my goal is to sell your home at the best possible price and terms, and if you are the buyer, to negotiate the same on your behalf. Based on a foundation of honesty, integrity, and attention to detail, I believe the most successful transactions are a win-win for both sides.

In addition to a successful general brokerage career, I have represented several local builders as both an on-site Sales Manager and as a VP of Sales and Marketing. Currently, I have an affiliation with an exceptional custom builder who can remodel your existing home or build a new home on your lot, or I can find a lot for you. Whether you build from stock plans or have an architect design your dream home, I have the experience and knowledge to guide you every step of the way.
