Phillip Allen has always called DC his home. His father was raised in Kensington, his parents met in Adams Morgan, he grew up in Montgomery County, and he has lived in all three local jurisdictions. After graduating from the University of Miami he immediately returned to inside the beltway, his natural home base. Seeking his place in the professional world he spent two years in psychological research at the National Institute of Health, and did a brief stint in finance, passing the first level of CFA before discovering the ideal outlet for interest in statistics and investment in his real estate practice with Corcoran McEnearney.
Phil has worked in the DMV as a realtor for 11 years and would like to think he knows the ins and outs of its neighborhoods pretty well. For the last three years, he has been recognized by Washingtonian as an area Top Agent. Phil has a particular passion for researching investment properties in up-and-coming neighborhoods and finding ideal homes for families in particular school districts.
Passion for the area that only a lifetime in the region can bring helps him find clients the perfect residence. His connection to the area extends into his volunteer work with the local PPA soccer programs and his avid support of all DC sports teams.
