Life Events Spark Our Housing Changes
- We leave our parents’ nest for our first Apartment.
- Then we buy our first Condo or Townhouse.
- Then it might be a Detached Home with a little yard.
- Outgrowing that means perhaps a bigger Detached Home.
- Family changes and the Empty Nest becomes too big.
- Perhaps we downsize to a Townhouse closer in – less suburban.
- Maybe one-level living becomes important – Condo?
- Now we could use some services – “Retirement” community?
We assist clients through all Life Events. From First Time Buyer to Downsizing – we have gone through it ourselves and stand ready to advocate for our clients.
Understanding and advocating means our clients receive the very best – and our best was recently Nationally acknowledged with the 2018 Outstanding Service Award from the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) Council of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). 2% of Realtors specialize in “Mature Moves,” and out of that 2%, NAR chose Pete. We know how stressful a Mature Move is. We have all the tools and contacts to assist – Senior Moves Take a Village!!
So what does that mean for our clients of all ages? Understanding the emotional journey. Educating at all steps of the process. Always keeping our clients’ best interests first and foremost. Putting the appropriate roof over their heads for all Life Events.
We would be delighted to brainstorm your next moving adventure. Feel free to contact Pete at 703-244-4024, pete@crouchrealtygroup.com, or Katie at 703-447-1345, kathryn@crouchrealtygroup.com.
