Michael Day serves as the Managing Broker, Executive Vice President at Corcoran McEnearney's Old Town Alexandria office, a role he has held since 2007. In this capacity, he focuses on supporting agents in various aspects of the real estate business, ensuring that clients' needs remain paramount. Michael assists agents in developing their business through strategic business and marketing planning, as well as coaching them in lead generation and negotiation techniques. Education is a priority for Michael within the real estate industry. He is a certified Moseley pre-licensed instructor and is licensed to teach pre-licensing courses with the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR). From 2017 - 2023, he led the new agent training program at McEnearney Associates, writing, scheduling, and teaching the "Foundations" classes offered to new agents. Additionally, he conducted various continuing education classes and workshops to support the firm's educational mission. Michael is an Associate Broker licensed in Virginia and Washington, D.C. He earned an MBA from Marymount University in 1999. Before his current role, he was a top-producing agent with McEnearney Associates and owned and operated a property management company.
